The KEEP Board is a collection of people that have been directly involved in community building for a number of years.
Christina Ellis
President
​
Christina's background is in social services - specifically working with the low-income and unhoused populations in Boston, San Francisco and Sydney, Australia. She is the mom of three - two of whom are twice exceptional. She has spent the last decade as a stay-at-home parent, holding various volunteer positions at her children's schools as well as advocating for families of color and special education equity. Christina was the recipient of the Frances B. North Civic Leader Award for Washington state in 2021.

Harium Martin-Morris
Vice-President
​
Harium is a retired Manager from The Boeing Company. He has a long relationship with public education, starting as a classroom teacher in New York State. Harium former the Seattle Public School Board member. He currently serves on the Washington State Board of Education and the Washington State Charter Schools Commission.
Jacki Badial
Treasurer
​
Jacki is a product of the public education system, attending K-12 public schools and then a local community college, before earning a B.A. in Economics from California State University, Fresno. She holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
Jacki’s prior volunteer work includes serving on the state board of Washington Women Lawyers—where she held multiple roles, including Treasurer and President—and representing clients pro bono in asylum and domestic violence matters.
Joy Sebe

Joy has been an active community.leader and volunteer serving non-profit and community-based organizations.
Katoya Palmer
Communications
​
Katoya is a blend of technical knowledge, advocacy, and business experience and working in the BIPOC community.
